It all started with founder Jay Pritzker’s vision to create an intimate hotel experience that celebrated fine art, delicious food and wine. A truly sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences, hosted only at Park Hyatt locations worldwide.

The Masters of Food & Wine program first started in Carmel in 2003 to showcase the Park Hyatt brand’s passion for food and beverage.
